At Park Avenue Locks, we are committed to your satisfaction!

We accept returns on stock items within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, provided the item meets the return guidelines below.

Return Guidelines:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 40%
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Non-stock items, items that have been installed, or items held for more than 30 days cannot be returned unless defective

Defective Items:

• We accept returns on defective items within the manufacturer’s warranty period
• Shipping charges may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty; otherwise, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to defective returns
